Position: Product Manager 

Gadget & Gear is an Apple Authorised and multi-brand reseller offering official smartphones, gadgets, and accessories in Bangladesh. Established in 2011, we now have 21 premium outlets across Dhaka City and a fully functional e-commerce site for a hassle-free shopping experience.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team as the Product Manager - Computer Accessories and Components.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and source high-quality computer components and accessories from reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient stock replenishment.
- Allocate products to various retail locations based on demand and sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or payment with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for computer accessories and components.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely distribution of products to retail locations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for product placement and promotion.
- Oversee the collection of payments from retailers and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Requirements and Skills:
- Honors/BBA/BA/MA (Graduated/Post-graduated from any reputed institution).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Computer Accessories.
- Team management experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary: An attractive remuneration package and other facilities will be offered to deserving candidates as per company policy.
Employment Status: Full Time, 6 Working Days.
